Almost everything except learning. Roles are not defined properly. Salary revisions will not happen. More visibility for NIT people only. Seniors are not considered. No outings. No hikes. Work culture is very bad.

Less pay and benefits, Huge compensation disparity (person with 1 year of exp. can have the same salary as another one is getting at 11 years of experience for same role/responsibilities). Difficult to get promotion. Promotion only happens if you put down your resignation or if you're favourite of some leadership personal.

Toxic culture and leadership is not supportive

Dislikes

Variable pay never given to employees saying you are already on high comp ratio so given to others in the team. Lost huge Bonus due to this every year. No Stock option for below director level.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
