Salary Difference between team members doing same tasks and same position is way too much! Managers can be pain in the ... Is way too behind when comes to technology, much of the work belongs to legacy tech, its a healthcare company and not a tech forward company

...ood, but little politicise there if you don't have good bond with higher people. The Management is purely Indian culture and everything is negotiable and finally we will get here less satisfaction in hike or awards or compensation and more variable pay here. That's not good all the time. There is less than chance to get full Variable Pay or more. So we can say its more Service Base Company than a Product Base Company. But Policies are very good here. Lots of Leaves and Insurance Policies are also good and other Team Outing/lunch is there.

Dislikes

Politicise at each level like Hike, Awards, Appraisals, Compensation, Variable Pay and people getting dissatisfaction for this. Teammates, Training, job security, career Growth, learning, work environment, innovation, work life balance are good. Only dis-statifaction will come at Compensation and appraisals and Rewards and get very minimal variable pay in return, not even upto 70-80%.

Nothing to like Recently organization changed lot in the name of re-structuring concept.

No work life balance in Bangalore office Pay is very less for old employees No proper hike Rotational Shift for all compulsory

Good work environment and culture hemates are supported and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming acres the for chilling company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lots of politics and the man made doesn't address or issue salary that decent but career growth.

Good work life balance though depends from project to project

Very less salary as compared to market standards no salary correction for old employees or if very less in numbers most of dev work will be UK or US shift timing
