I worked with United way Bengaluru Chapter. There's no pros. No appreciation on the work done. Majority of the people are from Hyderabad/Telengana and they will speak only in Telugu during all meetings. All of them don't have proper knowledge and they are not at all professional. They will irritate others during meetings. Don't spoil your valuable life. Work somewhere and learn, earn and enjoy your valuable life.

...asy here. They will irritate you all the time. Don't waste your time and effort. They will pay your salary only after so many follow-ups.

...ked nothing there.The seniors are very partial towards their permanent employee.If you are on contractual salary not on time, traveling and other allowance they pay late after a month

...reciate the work , writing yes but when it comes to making you permanent then 0.Salary and compensation money comes late.Nothing to learn just work and take money and then go.

I like United Way Bangalore organisation and applied materials contribution to social service rural development and women self developing and children's educations more than I like to United Way and applied materials

Ask your job profile, written, before joining. You are made to do work that's completely opposite of your profile. Leadership does not guide and expects employees to complete an impractical amount of tasks within no time.

It used to be great place to work in. Prior to the joining of new leader, the organisation was flexible, encouraged talent and trusted employees to make informed decisions.

Dislikes

Was a great work place. Current leader is highly autocratic and micro manages. The culture built over 2018-21 has been ruined under the current leader.
