Management is worst and aged employee won't work and no salary and benefits on time.. even they wont add pf on time

salary not on time, 2)not increment 3)rudely behaviour form employees 4) manager sleeping every time 5)deduction on salary without any reason 6)in office ever employees are back biting every collogues

UTL company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a technical team in our company. Company is producing high quality equipment. Another plus point is that my colleagues comes from various cultures backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

Employee should be first priority for company. Wrong policy about Salary, Increments , PF, Bonus & TADA.

Dislikes

Huge bridge between management & employee. Break it otherwise company will not grow. Talk with employees and understand ground situations for company's growth.
