No salary on time, no mental peace, full biased people, lot of office politics plants outside the office will grow buy not you, daily labour will get more respect for than us, slave life, all seniors are selfish not willing share knowledge, no appreciations. No work-life balance always asking to update tickets.

Meager salary. After work hours calls from senior. No promotion. No timely increment. No scope for future development. Stagnant growth. Deducts PF but fails to deposit into employees account for years. Zero work satisfaction

Employee should be first priority for company. Wrong policy about Salary, Increments , PF, Bonus & TADA.

Dislikes

Huge bridge between management & employee. Break it otherwise company will not grow. Talk with employees and understand ground situations for company's growth.

Don't expect any thing even for the salary just only learn the elements.

...o getting into L1 & L2 positions as a Network engineer. Learning will be good. salary is too less and that too you will not get it on time. HR policies were not defined in a right way. Leave policies were also very uncomfortable. No escalation matrix will not be followed(Management will not take any feedbacks even if you tried to highlights few point to rectify the flaws, no improvements will be seen. for L1 and L2 roles learning is good but will not get the salary as expected. Thanks you.

My manager and work at UTL is very good. Innovative solutions and design and learning

Management is worst and aged employee won't work and no salary and benefits on time.. even they wont add pf on time
