...nths in united spirits Ltd.I learnt a lot of things from my teammates my bosses.Company is too good But Only in HP company doesn't increase salary & I think in my opinion I saw in higher level work is not done by proper & professionally way.

I like only salary structure of this company,overall diageo is best but Nothing good to say about this more as internal environment of diageo employes is worst.

Supervisor is misleading their employes, their is no focus on good relationship between boss and his cordinates, as boss nor give neither hear suggestion from his team, very bad company, no work balance, no proper ta da compense now , Their is one suggestion to the company for its betterment, kindly start the audit of their zone respective market and check how much amount is pending which to be credited to licencee from past 1-2 year, we can not raise our voice for this task, no job security, Boss always misbehave with their employes, had an very bad experience in usl. This is the only time for usl for taking action, mis behaving should not be allowed, proper training system should be their, sorry to say nothing is good in this company expect brand name, i m only blaming to Sales Team heads zone wise.

...specially, Company promotes IJPs which helps employees build there CV stronger. USL is pay master, pays really well compared to others in industry. Overall good organisataion.

Not so good if u are a male employee; Red-tapism; Very very slow process and decision making; Not "Customer First" but "Process First";

There is no promotion like facility for a staff nurse and there in no increment in salary though I work hard and sincerely.
