Job security, work environment, gossiping, work life balance, politics, learning, innovation, no career growth, partiality at its peek, too-much involvement of top management in daily activities, too many reporting, too many reports, no clarity on roles and responsibilities, appraisal, use and through attitude of management, no respect, lake of support from line managers, chaos in company on agile, bad treatment towards senior employees, frequent role changes, dark industry, too many reviews, too many meetings, don't kill your career by joining this company, high bossism, worst thing is bosses still like chamchagiri even after it became MNC. Boss's pets will be taken care and will be saved from any circumstances or problems, lack of professionalism, no decision making, too many approvals for any work. Cold war between top management teams. No Coordination. too much of spying. Monday blues.

Supervisor is misleading their employes, their is no focus on good relationship between boss and his cordinates, as boss nor give neither hear suggestion from his team, very bad company, no work balance, no proper ta da compense now , Their is one suggestion to the company for its betterment, kindly start the audit of their zone respective market and check how much amount is pending which to be credited to licencee from past 1-2 year, we can not raise our voice for this task, no job security, Boss always misbehave with their employes, had an very bad experience in usl. This is the only time for usl for taking action, mis behaving should not be allowed, proper training system should be their, sorry to say nothing is good in this company expect brand name, i m only blaming to Sales Team heads zone wise.
