There is no job satisfaction and job security with this company. As soon as you get close to your 5 years for gratuity company will create issues and make you leave. Owner of the company is most dishonest person.

owner, politics, even after commitment of raise no raise will be given, discrimination of not hiring non hindu employees.

There is nothing to like about this company as nepotism is a significant issue, with many of the CEO’s relatives holding influential positions. Additionally, the director is incompetent and has little understanding.

Dislikes

I would strongly advise against joining United software group Inc. This company lacks job security and does not value talent & hard work. Advancement opportunities are primarily given to those who consistently flatter the bosses, rather than to deserving employees based on merit. The Director is also sycophants to the CEO, creating a toxic work environment. Additionally, the company is plagued by nepotism. Given these issues, I can’t recommend to United software group Inc to anyone to seeking a professional and fair workplace.
