HR department not response any one issue,one month only supporting company, next month salary 30% debited , diwali bonus also not provided

Last 2yrs increment not done, full politics running, higher posting people only get more salary,

The company is plastic production hundai , isusu,ford ,samsung etc.. High quality products base l custamor ..... Now job going smooth ...

The company that is expert in manufacturing plastics of Hyundai products and day by day we are facing some of the issues and we solve the problem immediately. Deliver or Despatch the goods by right time and right place to the customer. Team mates are working with each other and take necessary action for all problems

Salary is the main disadvantage of the company but standard of the job is good...but standard of living is difficult.

- They expect you to work 7 days a week with no holidays even for festivals - Food not even rateable - bad Work life balance - no transport facility - 7 days work with rotational shift

AP management working style it's really good, but home plant(Chennai) Involved and take some decision it's very worst other very good for internal management

Company procedures properly not followed some departments, standards always deviation its major problem. I think this is India culture.
