Work environment is excellent and of course salary before end of every month from last eight years that was long period of time

My company is retail industry some time tranfer from one location to another that is i dislike I believe

The country oman is slow which makes u have work life balance

Dislikes

No growth. Company is not expanding.. and many senior people in the company who will be in line for any growth. Dominated by arabic people . Most of the internal discussions happens in arabic.

Many things to say 1. NO Job Security (May Be immediate Fire with 1 minute of Notice) 2. NO consideration of suggestions given 3. NO Proper Management (Some body from BD comes and Handles team of Recruiter and HR) Years of experience doesnt mean you know every thing. Every body has own style of working 4. NO Infrastructure (They Run from an apartment) 5. First have rapport on clients you work then expect results 6. Give enough tools for the resources to work. Dont always expect free available sources in google will work 7. Have enough resources to work on to get results Lots to say but I guess this above said would be enough if some body want to understand.
