Very bad culture, not process, no job security, while are u leaving to this organisation not provided experience latter and always legal action before leave the company.

There is no liking only hatred for United Drilling Tools Ltd. company, no salary growth, no carrier development, no company culture, no family life-work balance, salary delayed every month, salary deduction on leave with hefty fine, no personal mobile se in company premises, Top Management always use abusing words against employees and their families, Health insurance policy is very bad, court case filed against employees, threatening employees to destroy career.

Camera with Voice recording of employees during working hours. Company bond to not join competitors or to pay 5 cr. if join the competitors. 3 Months Notice Period and Case filed against employees if they resigned and leave after 1 month. United Drilling Tools Limited company have some criminal minded person who threatening employees after resignation. They also send those criminal minded person to employees home for threatening. This is a hell for employees.

I am thank full for United drilling tools ltd with such supportive management & employee who emphasizes integrity, innovation and transparency as well as this collaboration culture that bring up my professional growth. I appreciate the UDTL work culture where the Hr department ensure a flexible work and personal life condition for employees. I have worked with UDTL for seven years mainly because the company encourage continues learning and growth, the management is keen to listen and take action on ideas preferred by the employees by showing that they value inputs.

Good work environments and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year
