There is no job security for anyone. Work culture is very wrost, there is no SOP Management, Company policies is good but no one following. No systems in work process and operations.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but no career growth. No job security is there for anyone.

There is no growth, there is no system for promotion and demotion, all depends on GM mood , For example .... You are selected for Quality manager and you have some issue with factory manager who has taking care of production , then next day you will be demoted , because that factory manager is brother-in-law of GM ,and there is no mattar you right or wrong, If you will select for production manager and you have gone and join then they will give 2 line as a production incharge ,,, This have full of SOP and systematic bhut only for buyer and out sider ...... That means this factory system depend on GM mood

It is really big company with modern automations, very good place to learn technical 5hings about the production process, Quality and m/cs

Dislikes

One has to face leg pullers derty politics, there is no support from top management, all the time almost every time one has to work in unwanted pressure, no respect of your hard work, never ever full fil the commitments given by the top management, one has to work without self-respect.

The company follows more of dictatorship. Worst work culture. The management are more like goons. They can go to any extend to recover money.

Nothing you have to work like donkey what ever mangment say you have to that first leave your current work you can not ask any questions

No personal life, food not good, only do whatever that want totaly bad is there
