...t fashion. They don't wanna loose their good candidates n give internal growth . Only salary is issue they don't give handsome salary to their staff.

Salary increment and promotion is not upto the mark They don't do any interview or exam before promotion (if someone is old in company they got promoted) Hire some unserviceable, rude people just because they are from popular company
