There is lot of strict in our store, Salary was not a Good and incentive scheme are not a attractive for a employee, because incentive are not a good so employees moral down.

Entire world is in crisis, witness people loosing jobs, no salary, half salary, laying of people but Benetton taken care the well being of their employees, ensuring the full salary payout of all these months when the company had zero Revenue and team was engaged with learning and development. It's " GREAT PLACE TO WORK" Really heart worming to see. I am proud to SAY that I work for BENETTON.

...on for same I am taking care of UCB Virar mumbai store for last 4 years and I want good increment in my salary I didn’t get the good increment in my salary what I aspected from company my over all store performance are excellent

...t fashion. They don't wanna loose their good candidates n give internal growth . Only salary is issue they don't give handsome salary to their staff.
