Totally a lala company where managers have no right to take any decisions. There is one kathputli types Operations Head who is senseless. Lala wants all managers to call that kathputli operation head once reached on shift and while leaving from shift. No service charge distributed amongst staff members. No job security no any good working culture. At the time of interview they commit something else and at the time of hoing they mention something else.
