...lf correspondence..all parmanent worker fully enjoy in this plant,,no tension...but operator salary very low,,i think that this is a bigger plant of United breweries but no rules and regulations and no hard work...thanks

No rules and regulations,,no safety,no medical on right time..any condition accident in plant plant thought that how it's make a warning letter...

About company, I just would like to say that I'm greatful and thankful that I worked here with great leaders and the more valuable part is friends like colleague.

The growth rate is very less. Sometimes new person joining will be have 30 to 40% more salary then yours. That itself is a big demotivation. It's well and good that new joinee got good package but people working for 3 to 5 years in company feel like dejected.

The best thing is here is people are supportive and good at safety culture

As we are working in scada ... Out employment should be at unit pay role but unfortunately we are at ho pay scale.... So the things are different ... Even we can't take off when shift brewer take their leaves

Toxic work culture. Zero work life balance. Too much of bureaucracy. Pyschopants are promoted. Pathetic system, slow and long approvals, corporate people sitting on ivory towers

Last interview was 21th may in 2022,my interview was highly positive response by intervIewees. They are highly impressed by me. Bt Not selected. Actual I think they have internally understanding. Interview is a system to gain internal candidate. Badly Impressed. It's not 1st time which I explain. I haired different experience about interview.
