Company culture is good.other things are satisfactory.struggle is a part of life. Now a days, Organisation aim only of maximum profitability.The word Social welfare has been deleted. As my style,I remained commited ,never go with wealth. I believe myself,mean no fear in mind .

No such issues ,but I think here growth is very slow.we have no incentives.Package is very less as compared to other.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportivrvand the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus. Important thing is they give chance ro freshers unlike other companies.

...king atmosphere is good.one can raise up to the top level, if he or she deserve. Salary, bonus, appraisals is good.less politics,easy learning,good job security for the working people.High quality products mixed. All togather good.

Compensation is good, but increments are depends upon senior managers.
