The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology. Basically it is a maintenance company provides services to steel companies. It is on its developing stage with a wide range of work areas. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultures and we work happily as a team. Because of that work environment is also little bit stress relief.

Dislikes

No system are followed here. I mean there is no performance appraisal. Compensation is ok but growth is little bit slow. It's an owner based company. Work pressure is very high.

Good work envoirment and culture. Treatment are supportive and the management is transparent but carrier growth is very slow as well as salary hike also

Salary increamemt is low and the management behaviour is not good with employee.

Everything was totally worst like people don't know anything are seating on the top most places. Just like a arts graduate person working for four years teaching technicality to a M tech candidate

Nothing to like about this company. Higher management are not good descion maker. And site involment is very less. They trust on back bitching done by anyone. No organised system of HR and No good policies.

My work experience at this company is very nice also I wants to give my 100% for this company. It is a good place to learn everything. And discipline is very excellent.
