The Company basically had good work culture and had enough opportunities for learning and growth during the initial years pre-Lehmann Brother's slump. But overall, the company was very employee friendly and felt like at home working with UNITECH except for lack of work satisfaction.

Dislikes

The company suffered most post the 2G Spectrum scam with funds raising and couldn't pay salaries to the employees properly. Also all the projects were moving at snail pace with no scope for work satisfaction

Likes

Compensation is at par market trend. There is no work pressure, it leverages better work life balance.

Dislikes

Company culture is not healthy, there is no set procedures for skill development, career growth etc. Also, there is no job security in the organization.

Taken over but dúes not paid and HR does not pick phone. Pathetic company

No salaries paid for 11 months ,conveyance not paid for two years,income tax not paid by company, PF not deposited for 5 years.

...ionall. Working culture is good. Since 2013 owner son involved in 2 G spectrum. After this salary delays and in 2020 govt take over company than maximum staf retrenchment without salary. PF deposit balance 2015 to 2020. Asked resign with commitment of 50 % notice period salaries but not at time of ful and final. Affidavits get sig earlier and than show the details of ful and final.

Nice work environment. Teammates and supportive in all the projects. There is a huge cafeteria , gym and gaming archade for chilling

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but the Career is slow. The company didn't give the salary to the employees at time.
