Not proper books of accounts maintain in last 3-4 years, even if GST tax invoice was not raised in last 3-4 years.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Working style is very bad in last 3-4 years, job security is never, last 10 years increament or appraisal is pending. After 10 years letter for the month of sep increament / appraisal is processed and increament is 5%. To 15% ,since last 2-3 years full and final is pending for emplyees
