...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...There is a little bit politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is good. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company very nice but there HOD didn't want to grow up the company. May be it might be there some problem with situation, but company will grow there good decision making at time and take there responsibility

Organization is good except few peoples, how they are still working in Company is question, u can meet one alcoholic phsyco.. and unprofessional talkative idiot.

No growth and they don't allow you to grow, except one chamcha who put unnecessary trouble in ever-bodies work, sadly no one stop him rather than they need to scolded him badly.

Lots of politics..salary is poor..fooding facility is very poor..most of the days you have to miss ur lunch & do job if you are going to site,only positive thing is job security if you can ignore growth
