...nt is good, i worked here for 14 plus years, had some awesome time working here. ease of work, flexibility timing to certain extend, salary base is ok, people are awesome. HR and other Managemnet is very good. job security is good.

The worst management ever I have worked. Right from manager to team lead everything is worst.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is no point of having any positive thoughts about the management just because of few teams like Cushman and Wakefield company's name is getting effected.Change the manager to have positive feedback s

The company had a work-life balance, but now you're supposed to come three days a week.

Dislikes

...w process and a new rule book. There is no trust for employees in leadership. There has been no salary hike for the past 3 years. No role code change or promotion Can be terminated anytime, even if you are a top performer.

Unisys is good company and culture also good .salary’s also good.

Dislikes

I am not happy with the team they used to do humiliate the people and try to decrease confidence levels which was bad actually. May other team members not like my team members.
