Unisys is good company and culture also good .salary’s also good.

I am not happy with the team they used to do humiliate the people and try to decrease confidence levels which was bad actually. May other team members not like my team members.

It was a good experience to be part of ServiceNow Testing & ServiceNow Administration team. I enjoyed the way we get along as a team to solve any complex challenges.

The compensation process at Unisys could have been better and could have considered to retain the employees.

...ceeds expectations rating thrice in my 5 years tenure, no promotions were given. Mediocre salary hike, Overall it's an average company to work for.

1. Poor salary hike 2. No promotions, you have to slog in the same position for a long. 3. Very less to no learning.
