There are no aspects of the company that i find favorable.

...al language (Telugu), Making it hard for others to feel included or comfortable. No Salary Hike: No matter how hard you work, they will always find an excuse to avoid giving you a salary hike. This is one of the most dissappointing parts. Internship + Full-Time Offer is a Trap: If they offer you an internship with the promise of a full time role later, think twice. It's a strategy to use your time, energy, and skills with no proper reward. Worse, they may ask you to work for half salary even after promising full-time, with no guarantee of when (or if) they will pay you fully. Conclusion: This company does not value employees, growth, or integrity. There is no clear future here only stress, unfair treatment, and lost time. Avoid this company if you care about your career.

...d inside office -> You can only stay 1 hour outside the office in an entire day. If you spend any second more , they are gonna deduct your salary -> You can just have one paid leave for each month. To grant that leave you will have to go through the process of meeting around 5-6 HRs. They make sure to ask you why do you want a leave even if you are allowed to have one and show a face of disappointment to you

Fire the management team and Ravi. Already most of them are trying to leave the company . Its just that stupid bond holding them.

Nothing, The Marketing Manager was big time uneducated chap who just blabbers and blames the employee for his own decisions he suffered the repercussions of. Besides he says 'Stimulator' instead of 'Simulator" and "Re-voltunization" instead of "Revolutionization". He should be legally detained for Employee physical and mental harassment.

If you are looking for better salary, please dont join this company. Even after one year of experience also you wont get it. There are some unique rules of company, which i haven't seen anywhere. If you are taking one extra leave manager will multiply it with 3 and that many working days your salary hike will get postponed. (Lets say i have taken 8 extra leave, then my salary hike will be postponed by 8*3=24 days ). Only good about company is you will get chance to write code from scratch .

Dislikes

The management people are very worse. They even wont provide salary for few month through salary account. No proper salary hike. Even sometimes sunday also you will have to come office. No canteen in office. If you dont care about salary then you can join this company to get technical knowledge.
