Pathetic experience no humanism towards employee had been with company for a year they just needed reason to lay off and got one.

The worst of all the experience to work with this company. The brand is unstable and they experiment with people by trying and keeping them on jobs for 2-3months. The quality of product is very bad rather improving on product development they blame employees and fire them. I will suggest to new comers to please think many times before u join the company, as there are no KRA, no parameters to judge the performance. Owners are directly involved and fire you during the time of salary release. No system expense cut off no system and u need to forget about your full and settlement not seen single employee who settlement done. If you survive for 6 months it's your achievement. They don't work like company it is a Lala shop.
