...ts they don't provide back without completing the project or one and half years. No salary increment,salary slip and experience certificate. Salary delay issue is common.

No salary on time,getting leave is a big hassle. There's no cafeteria in office premises. Office is followed by 'shout over junior employees' culture. They deduct salary on every single issue which is even never credited into account on time. I'll not suggest to anyone. There's no appraisal and can't even think of work life balance.
