Exposure level is less, poor salary structure, poor rating system,
Un hygenic condition to work, as company is in steel town to much water in monsoon(we have to walk in water and have to wet shoes till ankle to reach company no other option)and too much dust in other seasons.
... report and sonography...and you were admitted and not capable to call them...they don't call on your emergency numbers (from the form) even though they directly stops employee's salary and abscoding without any type of mail or intimation or call or massage. When you recover from your illness you suddenly become aware that you are job less and you don't get salary too. This is my personal experience.

In a very very small requirements hr never thought to help their employees but even they always ready to take gross salary payment from the employee.
