Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I didn't like anything in it because they are running fake company. Sachin is owner of that company and after one month he said I didn't get money from wipro for his work but when I discussed with wipro's employee (Karuna) she said wipro cleared his amount. Now he switched off his phone and he doesn't reply on mail also.

Its inaxplicable everything is worst in it.
