So much of work politics. They don't give increments to anyone. They informed at the time of interview about incentives and bonus as well but don't give incentives to anyone and end up making excuses. No job security they can fire anyone anytime saying that company is not able to generate revenue. I have been the eye witness of same things . At the time of my joining they hired more than 10 people and and hired them in the initial 2 months. Don't ever choose this company. Worst ever experience.

...t Policies. Leave Policies are worst. Lots of Travelling across India. Less Pay. They will ask to reduce the Salary after some Months. Very Short Projects. They fire Pregnant Ladies. You will get many problems because of them. So much Conservative People of Management. Full and Final Settlement delayed. They do experiment with your Career. If you are good Person, you can't work in this environment and at the Client location more than 1 year. They say big things at the time of joining but all are fake commitment. They will send you Hyderabad and Bangalore and at the client locations. High politics. Management will ask to send Screenshot of your chats to there Spy Employees. Be aware in this Company. I don't know how they are allowed to do Business.

Very Short Project. Fake Commitment. Salary delaying and causing parts of problems in your Life. Don't join here. Fake words by Talent Acquisition team and Fake Lady and Gents are there at Managerial and Management level. First they will make you join in less Salary. Then they will ask to reduce your Salary after some month. They will ask you to come to Office in Hyderabad and Bangalore and sometimes in Client locations. You have to travel 3 locations every week. Hectic schedules. No Work Life Balance. Hypocrisy is a basic nature of them. They will ask you to not to use your Vehicle and come by Bus to save money. They will ask you take some money help from your Family so that they can reduce your Salary. They will ask you to not go for travelling outside of State in Weekend so that they can reduce your Salary. 90-99% of them are from Kerala and Andhra in this Company. After making you exhausted they will ask that Shift with your Whole Family and Parents nearby Office in Hyderabad or Bangalore because you are loosing energy in traveling. No Job Security. Everyday they change there words. They have done fraud with multiple people. There projects are very short term. If you are experienced Person then don't join here. They don't believe in Hiring People of Karnataka or Tamilnadu or North India much. They have conservative State kind of mindset. It is a Career Suicide Company. Don't be Shopkeeper. Be a proper Businessman Mindset Guy or close this Business. People are not there for your experiment. Be Indian. Not Just State Guy. Bunch of Fraud People. One Day somebody will play with your Children Career or your Children Business. God watches everything.

If 🌟 star is not there I won't give the ratings for this Company . Kindly i will suggest the Job Seekers to ignore this company opportunity. For time being they will hire . Then they will terminate the HR in UniqueHire. So please focus on other company. Don't spoil your career as well as your stability. This company is underrated on My experience. Even though if you have selection they will not consider . Own rules own words . Not like a corporate company. My Honest Rating is (Zero) 00000.
