Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Just i was an incharge and the designer, what ever we need to develop the system or modern cultivation the managing director never object , not even ask for losses in that new practices. But the managing director need well teach to the trainers and save the environment as well as very much interested to save plants and trees

Nothing, but good accomodation for educative is mandatory. Because i am an experienced professional and ex-servicemen.
