This company always try to adopt the newest/ latest technology. And I'm very thankful to be a part of this company. Always, I worked with my teammates like a team. And work environment is fantastic. Everyone give their best. And always I like that type of environment.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Sometimes, The work pressure is very high. I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day. But high pressure can't distract me.

...: no leave provision in the company. if any leave is taken this is simoly LWP. Salary given at interval of15 days and this is given as cash no provision to deposit the salary in account. no employee id was there. training to the employee program was not there. working culture is very poor.

there is no value of your degree, they want the person from iit but salary is only 6500 for iit.

Dislikes

no value of B.tech degree, they need only helpers to run the plant. and also they can give you only 6500 thats it.
