Dislikes

1. Salary never on time (they delay it as much as they can but average delay is 22 to 27 days) 2.'No growth' in spite being most efficient employee of the organization just because you can not pamper ego of boss.If dont have sycophancy skills then this organisation is not for you. 3. Very very rude management 4.No respect 5.No extra perks 6.Worst work culture 7.No HR 8.People who dont know anything about human resources are acting as HR in organisation. 9.No (not at all) increment if you are not in good books of boss (Due to your straightforward attitude) 10.Management is worst i have ever seen 11. In a few months i understood working with an un organized company is very bad decision.

Likes

Very bad culture, no one chance to grow, no job safety, salary deduction every month against any reason about late mark. No Holiday and Leave policy.

Dislikes

Very rude boss, He dont want to like talk or listen employee. No job safety, Instant terminate any employee any time without any reason and without give any notice period. No Medical and PF, Gratuity, Bonus Policy. No one chance to grow or appraisal No appraisal policy.
