Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Great firm to learn with experienced professionals who teach you from start to end all about field. Finding problem and resolution on it. Troubleshooting and maintenance and installation project worked here.

Working with Unique for 2.5 years and it was very good job for me during those days I don't feal borring day so definately I told that it's very good company for our best career....

Dislikes

They don't provide any canteen facilities for example food & packages...

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Thae work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours. Insufficient Chemist Staff for Production in a single Plant... Not for all Plant.
