There are so many restrictions if you are not speaking in english and if you are not wearing your i cards then they will deduct your 2 days salary. They are giving yearly bonus and project bonus also. But if they are giving you project bonus then they will not give you good increment. After giving project bonus your hike will be between 2% to 8%. Everyday they start their day with reading quran, there is one hafiz who will teach you and translate quran in your language. There is only 6 paid leaves provided by them and 10 holidays. Lunch is provided by the company.

...t stamp on that they will not give you. W not acceptable by any other company. They are giving salary in cash which is illegal and it becomes very difficult in future if you will apply for a new job or a loan because everybody is asking for payslip. And payslip is also not provided by the company. Working with bosses of Unique is very difficult because if you will do a silly mistake also they will literally insult you in front of everybody in very rude, impolite manner but sometimes they will appreciate also if you are giving good output to them but they mostly go unnoticed at the time of appraisal. Compensation or increment is terrible. There is a lot of work pressure. If you are working as an accountant in unique then there is no growth in future. You will be only following up for payments with customers and will be paying utility bills.
