Salary is paid on time

Dislikes

Closed door culture of top management. Less work more doubts about people. HR wants you to reach before time and your supervisor needs you to stay long after end of office hours. HR penalise employees if 5 mins late. 0 work life balance. Company treats its agents as insiders as they bring money from all over india against huge commissions and perks and employees as outsiders as they operate the company but spends money. This is what company and top management believes. Company treats its employees as commodity. Recruits when needed and fires when less needed. Continuous hire and fire is the company culture.

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
