The company was facing a financial crisis before the pandemic. And it is not supporting its employees since December 2019. Also, there's no coordination between the HR Department and the employees. The career progression and appraisal is not defined at all by way of policy. There's a lot of politics involved at the branch level where the reporting of employee performance is not by way of any measured criteria. It instead happens on a verbal basis without taking the employees into consideration. It was a wonderful organization to work with some years earlier. But a lot of things have changed now.
