Job security and we can learn more and work environment is good, senior management is encouraging to do new things.

Dislikes

Mobiles are not allowed at least they have to provide Internet to search new things.

The work Pressure is more. Full of Politics especially in QC microbiology.No proper Training for freshers. The work culture and Seniors are terrible.Manager shows favoritism.The audit times are more horrible. Overall not a good place to work.

I don't think that the manager of the sales in Kolkata is really helpful for the company culture and learning and experiencing new things.

I dislike the bad thinking attitude in my manager whose name is Mr.sugata De. All the time he created some of issues but he didn't gave any real life sales experience or any learning experience. Very poor skills I had seen in my manager.
