The work Pressure is more. Full of Politics especially in QC microbiology.No proper Training for freshers. The work culture and Seniors are terrible.Manager shows favoritism.The audit times are more horrible. Overall not a good place to work.

job is highly secure at unique biotech and depends on the individual's ability to prove themselves regarding work culture it is like any other company where all different mindsets of people are available it depends on the particular individual's receiving ability coming to company policies they are satisfactory.

I don't think that the manager of the sales in Kolkata is really helpful for the company culture and learning and experiencing new things.

Dislikes

I dislike the bad thinking attitude in my manager whose name is Mr.sugata De. All the time he created some of issues but he didn't gave any real life sales experience or any learning experience. Very poor skills I had seen in my manager.
