No proper work culture, no increment, no skill development, lots of politics, Rest all things are negative. Management is hopeless.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Mr..naziam charania - chairman is a criminal and he has his own goons to harras people they took all indian passport specially to harras people at work..management is doing all theft activities at plant .if anyone make any objection they put false complaint against him and threaten indian family to demands money from family like extortion money.be carefull before joining.. this is under Noble group..one person name Ms Shenaz sitting with some people at Mumbai to influence people and send to Angola..be carefull from this company.

Be careful..your family and your life will be in trouble.. don't join in this noble group. Unique beverage , ABC cosmetics Future group. They constantly change their company to confused people.
