On the job training is not given to new joinees. All required training for individual growth are give in right time. Floor staff is quite friendly & working atmosphere with then is great. Management regarding SOP is great.

Dislikes

Salary is too less as compared to other dealers. Holidays is major issue (less no. Of holidays only 1 day paid holiday for Diwali)
