...the employees mentally. The Job security in this company is never to be trusted. If they find someone who can work in under paid salary they will hire them and kick out the older employee and give no such reason for termination. The owners wife is an accountant with absolute no sense to talk and proficiency is zero. Better work for some other company.

Likes

Every company has its own pros and cons and my case is not one in a million.. But, I concentrate on the good stuff only no matter its less or more…. The best part as of my company is dat it gives us an exposure like nobody else. Other Companies like jus try 2 get their own work done frm employees but mine is not the same!! It let us do in our own way which makes us think beyond the level and gain knowledge and experience.

Long (hours), (poor) schedule (Lack of) training,too much change
