...o management staff 2) HR Manager not listening actual fact of management staff 3) Salary increment of management staff ( Upto Sr Engineer) not good only avg 7% PA 4) Managers salary hike & current salary range is nearly 14 L PA......Huge difference between Engineer & Manager. Even Diwali Bonus Manager=1.5 L & Engineer=30 K only 5) HR & Producton Manager are taking bribe from vendors
