You don't have to work a lot can just sit on your desk worthless; however, you are not even allowed to use your cellphone no matter whatever the the emergency you have as this is something said by manage of this organisation "Dhavan Mehta"

...ft this organisation, have been there for year and the reason that, I was there. They are having the policy of retention amount, which will dodcut from your salary around 3000 every month. Which will given to you after 12 months and they have started this policy after I joined the organisation. I was the first employee for this policy, otherwise I would left this company before 6 months. You'll not going to have any support from HR too, they will only listen to managment and accordingly will support for the same. If you are looking for good organization where you can see your future this is not worth it. Everybody in this company is frustrated with management and work, The HR team will never ask you if you are enjoying your work or not. They do not have any extra curricular activities for employees not even the picnic planning or not any tour planning. They will only invite you for lunch with the team or the dinner with the team that's it; however, it's damn true that, the team which is in London. They are enjoying their work even though they have total support from their superior and the management. If you are any relative of manager or the owner or if you are the favourite employe over there, than only they can listen to you, than only you'll get leave, than only if you want you can have work from home.

Nothing to like here, there are many other companies in Ahmedabad so don't go here to work even if you are unemployed since years.

Dislikes

Everything. They love to judge and micromanage. Even if you are working well, they will only give growth to PPL who are their favourite. Such favourite PPL are those who goes in and lets them know every single thing about what is happening around. They would do every thing apart from work. If you are okay to not even get a proper 1 hour of break which is your own right and love to get judged by the owners who themselves do not even know proper English go there.

As an employee I got this opportunity in COVID pandemic & to be Frank my HR & Senior management to be precise Mehul Rabari my supervisor helped me a lot to achieve & perform really well & so does Dhavan sir & Tejas boss & this is the sign of classy management because this is the 1st time I have seen such carring company in India.
