I love the fact that I am a part of a teem that markets reliable products and has a global client base .As a result I get to trevel abroat especially to the US and Canada . But von site travel completly dependent on your project and clint's location

No use of HR department other than events organisation, no reviews on salary structures, Appraisals are based on favourism. Good employees are under rated but favourites are getting everything. No control of top management at department level. Bad decisions are being ignored and approved by top management. No reviews on why good employees are leaving. No value and respect for skills and experiences. It's like a trail and error analysis organisation.
