The company take care of their employees, Salary on time and yearly bonus.

YOU cannot go to the HR directly, If YOU finally go there They will not listen YOU and also they send you to your department in-charge. Same thing apply for IT Issue, you can't contact them directly,If you have any Issue ,First inform to your incharge and they will contact the IT department , Sometime we don't even know about why the IT person came, right now we are not facing any issue.Then he told us Your incharge called you for this,for that. These things are I don't like there

Yes I like my company environment and culture is super.work is very careful.and safety fist.all work is safety flow.

Dislikes

No this is a Good company. Salary is time to time.but promotion is very slow.other wise my company is very Good.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
