1. 100% job security. 2. Service minded Management,. We are really blessed to have such a management who keeps us in comfort all the times and also keeping us safe. 3. This place is lord's home. Such a peaceful environment. Its filled with blessings, prayers, happiness, .. Positive vibes in all the times. 4. UCA is not a company or school. Its a another family for us. We can see all roles here, mother role, sisters role, child role, friend role, brother role.. This is the ever best school. I worked in 5 schools before joining to uca. I never felt this much bonding towards the school. 5. If any problem to any one, either in work or family, all hands will be joined together to lift them up.. Each one prays to each one. Words are not enough to describe uca work place. Teachers are working here for 25 yrs, 20 yrs, 18 yrs, etc.. So just imagine how much comfort place this union christian public school is ! 6. Children are very disciplined.
