Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Not a single facility is their that I should praise.

Dislikes

...ask, they also think every task or job is so easy that it can be done in a snap. Since I joined didn't see the face of my full salary always get my salary after some business loss deduction, even sometime deduction for paid leaves as well.

This is company anyone wants to work with. It gives me full liberty of my work and perfect culture to grow faster in guidance of senior management. I am loving working here. Every 6 months I get appraisal and promotion in 1-2 years. I have been working here for the last 3 years and will continue forever (at least thinking today not sure about future)

Seniors want discipline in work and time. They force to us to go for team events which sometimes I do not like.
