My overall experience is worst. They hold my salary for two months before resignation. That's why I move to another company. Management is just passed the ball others court to blame another person.

Unimomi financial services is the company have good work place for employees .Have more financial and foreign exchange travel and tour related company. Also employees learn more financial and services related product training with full knowledgeble concern staff.

...and i am continuously working in this company since 2014.good work environment. Company policies are good ,appraisals fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year .Aswell as good incentive and promo running in the company for more income.

...at most things. The people there were fun and we had a good work - life balance. The salary always credited on time.

There is no career growth or proper compensation and benefits. The company went downhill after some financial scandal. The job security was great until this happened.
