...at most things. The people there were fun and we had a good work - life balance. The salary always credited on time.

Dislikes

There is no career growth or proper compensation and benefits. The company went downhill after some financial scandal. The job security was great until this happened.

Worst company ..no job security removed seniors without any reason..

...ont join uae exchange. You cant fulfill your dreams if you work in uae exchange. Only higher authorities get higher salary by torchering their staffs. And in some areas all of their family members are working in this company and taking half of the company income to their single house. And they put pressure to only those staffs who came from poor background. If you not work also no problem but if you are good in acting in front of your higher authorities you are very much safer side in uae exchange.and even work experience is zero here. Only 4 products that even sslc failed student also can manage it.in some region very much castism. If he is zero also he will get job in uae exchange if he is same cast.they removed many stsffs in their middle age from their jobs without any kind mannerism and it's very difficult to get jobs for them.Even I am also included in this category.there is no policy for company for removing staffs from their work.no prior notice no intimation nothing. It's all Hitler rules. So those who wants to join uae pls pls dont join and waste your precious young life in this company

UAE EXchange is MNC company which is established globally with good quality added financial and customer service company with all most all nationality people mixed together and work for the empowerment and business. It's just like a family if somebody joining this company. But there are lot challenges as well as when you go forward in this company. There is good work environment in all the branches all over the world.

Dislikes

Few things to improve like all the other companies in my view is as follows, *No increment in salary & no uniformity in salary. *Weekly Off is not given in proper time allotment. *Not much time for private life

To begin with, company involves a lot of teamwork and cooperation. Furthermore, it's a stock broking company, with potential to increase it's business in wide variety of techniques. Moreover, the environment seems a little congested but still manages to tackle the problems.

Dislikes

However, while considering the salary as well as fringe benefits, it's a bit low with respect to the competitors. To furtherise, job security is still stranded. As a matter of fact, the innovations in IT sector is declining though.

My experience is not good, so can't write anything about likes.

Dislikes

My overall experience is worst. They hold my salary for two months before resignation. That's why I move to another company. Management is just passed the ball others court to blame another person.
