To begin with, company involves a lot of teamwork and cooperation. Furthermore, it's a stock broking company, with potential to increase it's business in wide variety of techniques. Moreover, the environment seems a little congested but still manages to tackle the problems.

However, while considering the salary as well as fringe benefits, it's a bit low with respect to the competitors. To furtherise, job security is still stranded. As a matter of fact, the innovations in IT sector is declining though.

Work Details

The work was, sometimes, tedious eventhough a lot to study and innovate, even more motivating. It includes starting from preparing journals to finalising accounts, monthly MIS, budgeting, taxation(GST), depreciation, prepare purchase order and invoice.

Uae exchange is a world wide company. In this coperate sector they lead major role like other compatetive sectors. Here, i worked for 1 year in this particular time i get an oppertunity to work with highly talented managers and i learend many things from them how to be patient, how to grasp new things as soon as possible, how to deal with customer politly, how to cross sell foreign curreny and inr with customer, how to take feedback from customer etc. Here, My first assignmet is to be a cashier at a time we wants to deal with customer to change currency, vehicle loan, gold loan, insurance etc (done computer enteries). Gradually i develope my skills like multitasking, learn new things, learn to be patient etc. But the risky part tat i saw there to convience customer (target).
